Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 10 or more days before check-in: No charges.

Cancel between 10 and 7 days before check-in: 40% cancellation fee.

Cancel between 7 and 5 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee.

Cancel between 5 and 3 days before check-in: 80% cancellation fee.

Cancel less than 3 days before check-in or no show: 100% retention fee.

Please note that the applicable cancellation fees will be charged based on the timing of the cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be transferred back to the original source of payment.

The refund process generally takes 2-7 business days.
